Join me in a mystical journey into the seven stages of the self in the seventh realm. In spiritual traditions, the 7th realm symbolizes the pinnacle of divine proximity. It is the realm of pure divinity, where the soul sheds all veils of separation and merges with the essence of God. The desert teaches us simplicity and allows us to get in touch with our inner purity. Its emptiness reflects the unadulterated nature of divine truth.
Our journey will include a 1 night stay at Mountain Sinai, where we will hike in silence. Like the soul’s journey, the desert strips away all that is unnecessary, leaving only what is essential. It tests us and teaches us detachment. On this day 4th April, we will do a High Dimensional portal activation meditation to receive wisdom and healing.
This retreat will explore the seven stages of spiritual ascent described in Sufism, alongside symbolic teachings of the desert as a space for purification and divine connection. In the solitude of the desert, profound truths are uncovered, echoing the experiences of prophets and mystics throughout history.
I invite you to journey with me in the desert of Dahab, to go into the seven stages of the self. These stages of the self (Nafs) represent the journey of the soul toward purification, spiritual enlightenment, and closeness to the Divine. These stages depict the evolution of the Nafs (the self or ego) from its most base, egocentric state to its ultimate realization and unity with God. Which is what our souls longs and yearns for since we came here on earth.
The Journey
Each day is designed to align with one of the seven stages, with practices that integrate body, mind, and soul. The days will have various practices from body movement, to silent meditations and daily breathwork. Each day we will have a spiritual discourse in relation to the stage of the self which we will meditate on. There will be time for writings and reflections and solitude to connect with the transformative and cleansing energies of the desert. Each day we will do Zikir circles where will go through some of the 99 Divine names that is connected to our journey. We will chant together to cleanse our hearts and elevate our souls. Sound healing will also be a part of our journey, through the sound instruments and our own harmonic voice activations.
In the middle of the program we will hike to Mountain Sinai in silence which will take up to 6 hours. We will then gather around ceremonial fire to do special 4/4 dimensional portal activation meditation. We will camp for 1 night in the mountain and then we will continue our journey to the white and colorful canyons before we return back to our accommodation.
Following the elements of earth and the energies of the mountain, we will have a day at the Blue Lagoon to activate the element of water and go through final cleansing. We will end our journey with a beautiful gathering at the Bedouin village to reflect and integrate.

Your Journey’s Companion
My name is Maryam. I am a mystic, a daughter of the desert. I have received a calling to journey into Mountain Sinai to receive wisdom and healing. I invite you to join me on this journey which will unfold itself once we start it together.
My journey to self emancipation have brought me to be here with you today. A scholar of Islamic Psychology and the 99 Divine names. My intention is to bring back the original memory, to unite ourselves with our Fitrah. To be aligned with our original blueprint. To find true inner freedom and to be free from fears and attachments. This memory helps us break from the false matrix, and false identification with the ego. I am simply a reminder of the original memory, and I would like to create a world that also reminds me when I fall into my human nature and forget. So we all can wake up and remind each other of our true essence.
I am a yoga and meditation teacher, Akashic Records practitioner, breathwork and sound healing practitioner. Through the various teachings I have experienced and studied, I offer you a way of practice that combines these methods with a clear focus and direction. My intention for this year is to live by the name Alhaq, the truthful one.
